I have entered Pedal, Power, Pace held in Winchester on 18th July.This is a 12 mile cycle, 3 mile run and 1 mile canoe!

This event is organised by Macmillian Cancer support, donations are raised via the registration for the event which I have done however, if I can, I would like to raise a little extra to support the charity further. Every penny counts and it will make all the aching bones and muscles afterward even more worthwhile!

I'm taking part in memory of my friend Helen who died Feb 2009 and in recognition of all the other friends and their families that I know, and those that I don't who are extremley strong and battling this awful disease on a daily basis.
