Fundraising for The World Federation of KSIMC
£5,380
raised of £5,000 target
Charity Eid Raffles, 15 May 2021
As the pandemic continues, vulnerable people around the world are suffering. With Shahr Ramadan around the corner, the economic struggles people are facing will intensify. Together, we can support them through this difficult time.

Story

During the Holy month of Ramadan, WF-AID aims to tackle starvation in some of the most heavily-deprived parts of Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

We are working with our partners in countries including Kenya, Iraq, Pakistan, and the United Kingdom to distribute nutritious food packs, which feed a family of five for the whole month.

These food packs give families a rare opportunity to receive essential nutrition, which they rely on for the strength they need to source water and shelter. For children, this nutrition supports their growth and development, as well as gives them energy to focus in school.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, more people are in need than ever before. People have lost loved ones, are suffering with their mental and physical health, and have lost their jobs. With lockdowns and restrictions, it's increasingly difficult and expensive for families in deprived areas to source food.Donate a food pack for £40/$55 today.
