Somehow we've been persuaded to take part in a Tough Mudder this year. As you probably know, we like a challenge but with a young baby training has been hard to fit in - so we're likely to suffer on the day… and for the next week or two.

However, Mind is a charity that does amazing work. One in four of us will suffer from a mental illness at some point in our lives and no one should have to face this alone.

So, your donations to this cause will keep us going though the 12-mile run, the electric shocks, the plunges into ice and any other obstacles that are thrown at us.
