Interact Worldwide is a small charity which helps poor and marginalised people around the world to access much-needed health services. Interact supports a wide variety of projects - from working with Sexual Minorities Uganda (SMUG) to fight the so-called "kill the gays" bill in Uganda, to expanding access to emergency maternal health care for rural women in Malawi. They are an exceptionally efficient charity, and 84p in every pound is spent directly on projects in the field.

Running the London marathon has been an ambition of mine for quite some time. Finally I am going to go out and do it, and raise money for Interact Worldwide at the same time!
