Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I always liked the idea of saving lives by supporting charities. So this is what I am doing now.
The plan was that I do trekking from London to Brighton (100km) on 22-23 June.
The event started off great. the organization of the days weas brilliant from the British Heart Foundation team. I enjoyed every minute of trekking until the half way point, than unfortunately my leg started to hurt. It was pretty bad, and it just got worse and worse with every step. By the time I got to the next pit stop, the pain was unbearable, so I needed to see the doctor. He advised me not to continue the challenge. I was really sad about it, but the recovery of my leg would have taken much longer if I did not stop at that point.
I made it to 63.5km this year; and who knows, maybe I will try and succeed next year.
I dedicate this event to my mother's memory, who I miss so very much.
I would like to kindly ask you, please support my cause, the British Heart Foundation charity with as little or as much as you can online (here), offline (in person) or via texting.
