Story

Any donation to CLIC Sargent on this page will help a child with cancer, and the charity will receive £12 for every £10 given; but it's really better if you can manage something every month, even a tiny amount: http://www.clicsargent.org.uk/Getinvolved/Donate/Regulargiving/

Sunday ->

Ouch! Ouchy, ouch ouch!  My derrier is now fillet mignon; you could serve slices of it in a Parisian café - allthough it may be slightly overdone.

For the conspiracy theorists out there here is part of it's journey recorded by the military-industrial complex: http://www.endomondo.com/workouts?w=kXDPC1rNOkU.  And this is the whole route: http://www.sustrans.org.uk/map?key=*ERKA01&type=ER

Now, where are the millionaire bankers when you need them? Anyone seen Sir Fred Goodwin???  Never mind, CLIC Sargent will make good use of every penny any of you can spare.

Cheers

Ed

Monday ->

Yes!  I demand the sum of... One Million pounds.  Muhahaha!

Please bear in mind that you've never heard me droning on about my circuits regime, preferred routes, favourite protein shakes or training schedule, because I've never done a stroke of excercise in the whole time you've known me: 80 miles is the equivalent of Chris Hoy offering to cycle to the moon.  And back again.

CLIC Sargent do fantastic work for kids and families - please follow the link on the left if you don't know what they do.

So please dig deep and donate now - route and grotesque pictures to follow.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
