First of all, thank you very much, to all those brothers and sisters who generously donated on the Channel S live appeal. May Allah reward you endlessly.
We have also been given the opportunity to fundraise on MCR radio's (87.8fm: www.mcrlive.net) pledge day on Saturday 19th September/ 29th Ramadhan from 10am - iftar. This could be the last day you can make a positive contribution to Islamic education in Ramadhan. Please tune in, listen to the show and be generous once again. Remember, sadaqah does not decrease our wealth.
I hope that you are enjoying a blessed Ramadhan. is running a special campaign this ramadhan and needs your generous support.
The college is requesting everyone to help out in three ways;
1) Make a donation of £100 this ramadhan
2) Commit to a regular monthly standing order of £10 per month
3) Open your heart and donate £1000 to become part of our Founder's Board. What's 1k in the dunya compared to what lies ahead in jannah? We want 1500 people to do this to settle all debts and pay for the College building. We will put your name on our Founder's Board so that you will always be remembered in everyone's duas as one of the core contributors to the College's genesis.
4) Lend the college a qard hasan (interest free loan) of £1000 for a minimum period of 12 months
This will help the college with its immediate financial shortfall and repay some of the existing qard hasan loans that are now due for repayment. heavily subsidises the cost of learning so that its courses are affordable and accessible for everyone.
