At this time of year, colleagues at AkzoNobel in Gateshead, along with their family and friends, usually collect Easter Eggs on behalf of the food bank to be handed out to families across the region. In recent years, people have generously donated hundreds of eggs to children that may go without.

With us all still being locked down to some extent, I thought it was a good idea to allow people to donate direct to the food bank to allow them to buy eggs on your behalf or stock up on much needed essentials to keep the operation going. Over Christmas, people raised almost £700 for families in the region. Thank you! If you can help again, it would be much appreciated.
