With your help, The EY Foundation can continue to offer mentoring, skills training and virtual work experience to give young people from low-income backgrounds the skills and confidence they need to move forward.

This is Chloe’s story. From the age of 14 Chloe has grown up in the care system. Chloe is one of over 70 care experienced young people who has helped the EY Foundation to develop a pioneering new employability programme tailored to the challenges care experience young people face. "When other people believe in you, that has a real big impact. You can go to university and get a job."
This is Mark’s story. Mark needed guidance and advice to find a job so he came to the EY Foundation. The Our Future programme provided him with two weeks paid work experience with construction company Morgan Sindall. " If I hadn't joined the programme I would probably be lying in my bed, playing a game and watching telly, not really bothering about my life.
