As the coronavirus has become more widespread, the people of Macclesfield and surrounding towns have had the wellbeing of staff at East Cheshire NHS Trust(Macclesfield District General, Congleton War Memorial Hospital and Knutsford and District Hospital, as well as community settings) at the forefront of their minds during this difficult time. The trust has received donations of food, drink and other supplies, as well as offers of time from volunteers. This is all greatly appreciated by everyone at the trust.  As people have wanted to donate money as well, we have set up two Just Giving pages, one to support staff and one to support patients.

This Just Giving page is a way for local people to show their appreciation for trust staff during the Coronavirus pandemic. Donations will go towards the welfare and wellbeing of trust staff and volunteers and recognise those who are working night and day on the front line and in support areas, looking after the local population.
