Hi everyone, 

I'll keep this simple. As some of you know I'm going to be riding 100 miles for the Ride London event at the end of May and I've decided to fundraise for Macmillan Cancer Support. I've never cycled 100 miles before, I don't even know if I can, but Macmillan is a fantastic charity doing great work, so please donate whatever you can.
