Story
Ok, the time is nearly upon us......if you have had the misfortune of having to hear what we have been doing on our weekends for the past 6 months, you will know that is has been spent mostly walking in different parks around London in preparation for the 100k walk we will be doing for charity on the 17 and 18th July!
Trailwalker is one of the world's toughest team challenges, walking from the South Downs and ending up in Brighton in 24 hours! You may think walking should be fine, but we will be doing it for 24 hours straight- day and night and no sleep in between! It has been a hard training regime, and one team member has been injured along the way (you are still part of the team Angela) and we have been joined by Chris- who saved the day!
But it’s not just a physical challenge: we are also raising money for The Gurkha Welfare Trust which cares for ex-Gurkhas and their families. Your support will help repay the debt of honour owed the brave Gurkha soldiers, who have fought for our freedom for nearly 200 years.
Knowing that you are all behind us will push us to keep going when it starts to get tough...so please help us achieve our target, and think of us on the weekend of the 17 July 2010!

P.S Please also take a moment to take a look at, and enjoy pictures taken from our last training session on a cold, rainy day on the South Downs :-)
