I'm raising money for a fantastic cause, Kidney Research UK, I have an affinity for Kidney Disease as I have worked with patients with Kidney disease/ transplant recipients in my career, with Kidney Health Australia and indeed I had reflux as a boy and have One Kidney myself. I am competing in Ironman Wales to raise awareness and money for Kidney research UK. The Ironman takes place in Pembrokeshire, Wales and consisits of a Ocean swim of 4km, followed by a Bike ride of 180km then finishing (me off)!! with a full marathon run (stagger)!!
