It’s that time of the year again. Myself and 119 other brave souls climb mountains in the Lake District on behalf of the Institute of Cancer Research. Some of you will have sponsored me previously for this annual trek, some of you will be first time donors but please support us for this charity event, every pound counts. As usual the event is organised by my friend Graeme Chapman MBE. This is the 30th year, and to date £1.4 million has been raised for good causes. Please help the ICR to continue in their research.
