I abseiled down The Spinnaker Tower at the age of 101 in aid of The Rowans Hospice. I first started abseiling at 85 years old and this will be my 14th abseil for The Hospice.

I hold the Guinness World Record for The Worlds Oldest Abseiler and am attempting to break it again at 101 years old.

The Rowans Hospice is my local Hospice and all the care is given completely free of charge. Please help me to continue their wonderful care and support for patience's with life limiting illinesses and their families.
