During a mad moment with my sister, I decided to apply to run the Leeds Half Marathon on Sunday 13th May. This will be our first ever marathon, crazy I know., especially after looking at some of those hills we've to run up !!!!

I'm raising money for the Jane Tomlinson appeal, which benefit's children's and cancer charities.

Having lost my beloved Grandad and Uncle David to cancer, I decided it was my time to give something back to those that cared and helped them. There is a very special lady in my life at the moment, who has recently been told her cancer is terminal. Yet depsite the pain and anguish she is suffering, she always remains positive and smiles every day. So I am also doing this for her.
