For some mums, a couple of hours sleep is the best they can hope for.  Their Children have been diagnosed with a life-limiting condition which means that they will not reach adulthood.  Many of them need care 24 hours a day and their mums are up every few hours, every night, every week of the year.  This puts enormous strain on their health and family life.

Tŷ Hafan is a registered charity that offers comfort, care and support for life-limited children and young people and is dedicated to improving the quality of life of their whole family.

I am participating in this event to help raise much needed funds to ensure that Ty Hafan are able to continue delivering the care that is so essential.
