Story
To help raise money for an amazing charity, CLIC Sargent, on December 9th I will be joining 9 other (fools) from TORI Global to jump out of a perfectly good (and probably warm) plane at 15,000 feet, where it will be around 30°C colder than on the ground!! And if that's not silly enough (apparently) we are all doing it dressed as Santa!
Why, well CLIC Sargent is an amazing charity that fights tirelessly for children and young people with cancer, often when they feel they can’t http://www.clicsargent.org.uk.
Like so many of us, I have experienced cancer of loved ones and it is devastating, which is why I am doing this, but what could be worse or more unfair than a child or young person with cancer! Cancer doesn’t discriminate. Today, 11 more children and young people will hear the devastating news that they have cancer. I am lucky enough to have 2 beautiful young children and I know how it would impact our family if we ever got that devastating news so anything I can do to help others is never to much.
The charity depends almost entirely on voluntary donations to fund their services, therefore any support will be hugely appreciated and would make a difference so, please, please do donate what you can.
THANK YOU!
