This year we have put together a GWT team to take on Trailwalker, the ultimate team endurance event. The challenge is to walk 100km across the South Downs Way and we are aiming to finish in under 24 hours. We’ll be relying on our support crew to keep us fuelled at the checkpoints and keep track of us as we walk through the night – and try not to get lost! It is going to be tough, but we are determined to succeed, and to meet our fundraising target to support the work of The Gurkha Welfare Trust. The funds we raise will go towards two school projects in Nepal. One, Siddeshwar Basic School is situated in Parbat District, and the other, Maidan Secondary School is located in Syangja District.
