Thanks for donating to my totally mad 40th birthday 'mid life crisis jump in aid of a great cause, Cancer Research. 

As you may know, my mum died of cancer 7 years ago, and I really dont want anyone else I know to die from the big C, so raising funds to aid research into new treatments is essential.

I'm asking all my friends not to give me a birthday gift, but to donate the money instead to this great cause.  So please give as much as you can afford, the smallest amount can save lives, and please remember to gift aid it if you can.  It's a great way of getting money out of the government instead of the other way around lol.
