We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.

Story

I would like to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust and Leukemia Research. Every day in the UK 6 teenagers are diagnosed with a form of cancer.

My personal battle with cancer started when I was 19 in January 2010 when I was diagnosed with T-cell Lymphoblastic Leukemia.

I was studying at Nottingham University when I was diagnosed. I spent most of 2010 in hospital fighting the disease with intense cycles of Chemotheraphy and lumber punctures, and it was not until January 2011 that the Leukemia was in remission.

I am looking forward to starting university again in Septemeber 2011, to study Law at Leeds, and to make up for the opportunities I have missed out on.

I have met some amazing people along the way, some which are now cured and some which have lost their life to this terrible illness, so please could you help raise awareness and lets beat this.

The difference between possible and impossible is determination....Never give up!!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
