On the 15th of September I will run my fifth half marathon! I am running for Yorkshire Cancer Research. YCR is Yorkshire's cancer charity, every penny raised will be spent in Yorkshire helping local people beat cancer and support world class research, diagnosis and treatments.

We all have friends and family who have sadly passed away due to cancer. It is very difficult feeling so vulnerable and helpless not being able to do anything about it. But one way of helping is supporting this great charity to find a cure for cancer.
