On 09/01/10 I made the above cake as part of a designer cake course. I'm sure you'd agree that it would be wasted on us having a slice with a cup of tea for a month, so we've decided to raffle the cake off to a good home and hopefully raise some money for a very worthwhile charity.

The cake itself is an 8inch Belgium chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache filling and decorated with vanilla icing and pink sugar bow.  The recommended use by date is Sunday 17th January, although it could well keep to beyond this time.

For each donation received we will forward a raffle number, with the lucky number being drawn from a hat on Thursday14th January, by a local independant bingo caller.
