Along with 2 daft friends, Eric and Angus, I am cycling from London to Paris over 24 hours in July 2012. We are riding for the charity SCOPE, which supports disabled people. This is an area I have had a strong interest in for many years. I hope you can help us achieve our ambition. 22nd July

Now sat at home watching Bradley, Cav et al on the Champs Elysees, one week after I made it there. The pictures show: the waiting party, bedecked in Scope T-shirts; my finish, in the Parisian rain; my children helping me resuscitate. The donations certainly helped me get there.
