Destination Florida is a charity that works with children, who have life threatening and life limiting medical conditions, and their parents or guardians. This amazing charity organises life enhancing biannual trips to Florida for around 75 children from across the north of the United Kingdom. Lasting for eight days, the children are given the opportunity to visit all the major theme parks, including; Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

I have set up a fitness distance challenge for VIBE personal training studios clients and my wider friends,  to try to reach the distance  goal set by myself on  each of the cardio machines within a month. The prizes are free PT sessions and entry to the challenge is a min donation of £10.  all donations gratefully received even if you don't want to participate but wish to support me, the challengers and the charity   Denise Pye
