This will be the first charity event that I will have participated in on my own. I did sign up to do this with someone else, but for various reasons they have decided to opt out. I had thought about opting out too as I didn’t fancy cycling 100km up and down hills in Edinburgh on a Friday night on my own. However, I really want to attempt it and I would have been opting out for all of the wrong reasons.  So, I’m going to give it a go.  I’ve paid for my registration, and training is well underway (lol).
