You may recall I was due to run the London Marathon in 2020 but unfortunately the pandemic decided to ruin my plans.  In 2021, my training commenced again but my Arthritis flared up in my left foot and it was just not possible (despite numerous steroid injections)

But now,  here we go....Third time lucky, I am set to run the London Marathon - October 2nd 2022.

Anyone that knows me well is aware of the condition I live with. You have probably been part of my journey in some way, through the tears, the smiles and the sickness.  Whilst it means daily medication and weekly injections, I feel so lucky to have a diagnosis and move on from the dark times when I had no idea what was going on with my body.

Millions of people wake up with arthritis every morning and face the day in pain, without the support and recognition they deserve. Arthritis may not be visible to all but this is a struggle for many.
