I'm completing 'Walk the Wight My Way' to raise the much needed funds to keep this wonderful place running that we're so privileged to have on our beautiful island. I've loved being part of this fantastic walk for many years after being introduced by Mike Wray, one of the original guys in the early years. In that time, I've seen much loved clients, friends and finally my Dad have the care provided by the fantastic team at Mountbatten. The dedication given to both inpatients and day care is amazing especially supporting the families during such difficult times as they prepare to lose their loved ones with subsequent bereavement counselling afterwards.
