Story

This JUMP is taking place on 23rd October not the 16th as stated

Hi Everyone,

Recently whilst doing my job i had the amazing opportunity to visit a project dealing with children with life limiting or terminal illness.... it touched me so much that it spurred me to look at charities that could help children in with similar issues.... Capital Child is a national charity, working regionally to assist children with cancer - http://www.capitalfm.com/charity/help-capital-child/. You can also see Steve Furnell from North East Capital Radio doing his bit here http://www.capitalfm.com/northeast/on-air/breakfast/steve-skydives-help-capital-child/#steve-furnells-skydive-8. So following in Steve's footsteps i am taking leave of my senses and taking part in a tandem parachute jump on the 23rd October 2011......time to be comfirmed in Peterlee.

Anything you can give will be gratefully received and on the day my daughter will be taking pictures so you can all see how genuinely terrified i will be on the day - as i am falling 10,000 feet to earth, 5000 of which will be free falling at 120mph i can’t imagine how that will feel ...... but it’s only a day, i am sure i can do it for a good cause so please help me get to or exceed the target... I have a sponsor forms or alternatively donate here.

Many thanks for all your help

Debbie
