I am one of a group of wonderful ladies with connections to the Royal Marines who will undertake to survive and overcome challenges for 48 hours on Dartmoor (one of the UK’s harshest terrains) wearing only pink boiler suits to raise money for the Royal Marines Charity.

My husband of 20 years has been in the corps for coming up 17 years in March 2019! The work of the Royal Marines Charity helping support the lads and their families is truly amazing. They are uniquely placed to understand, respond and react, enabling Marines and their families to overcome their challenges including life changing injury, life limiting illness, mental disability, transition to civilian life and even poverty. I have personally seen the wonderful effects of the support they offer to the corps families and I want to give something back; They support to ensure no one is left behind. 

Please help in me in my quest to raise £500.00 (was as £250.00 initially!)  in personal sponsorship. I’m not keen on getting wet, I like a comfy mattress, I love my Tropic Skincare, I shower twice daily, I am always hungry, I don’t like big mountains or heights..... so this is going to push my limits in every which way!
