Joseph and I are taking part in the 3k Middlesbrough Fun Run on 5th Sept (children under 9 need to be accompanied by an adult .....so that gets me out of doing the 10k run which takes place on the same day !!!!!!).

We are raising money for the Teesside Hospice, which cares for local people suffering from life limiting illnesses.  Every year they help over  3000 people and this is all done  free of charge.
