Please help me raise some money for this fantastic Northampton-based charity.  The Lowdown supports young people aged 12-25, providing free counselling, advice and information for a wide variety of issues.

 

Those of you who know me as a serious runner might be surprised to see me entering a race with actually racing it!  Over time, priorities can shift somewhat, and I'm excited to be part of Team Lowdown.  Raising money is my primary aim here - rather than looking for another personal best.
