Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
For those of you who know me, you know there's nothing I like more than to push myself to the limits. But this year I will go further than I have before. I usually decide to take on one crazy event for the year, this year I hope to be completing a total of 30!
2020 will see me take on some of my previous foes, such as a toe curling Action Challenge 100km walk and the 14km Thames Swimming Marathon. But some are completely new to me, for example, the terrifying Red Bull Neptune Steps or the utterly chilling Welsh Winter Swim!
I will be taking all of this on in order to raise money for a really worthy charity - Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust.
The Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust was founded in memory of 4 year old Grace Kelly who passed away in 2014. The vision of the Trust was born from the inspiration that Grace imparted on the people she met. Grace was a compassionate and caring little girl, who looked after others before herself.
The team at the Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust works to raise awareness, fund research into rare cancers of childhood and produce educational materials. They also provide support to families that are going through an unimaginable time. Childhood cancer is the number one medical cause of death of children in the UK. The hope is to work to change this.
