Story
On Sunday 4th July Jez, Jim and Debs are braving saddle soreness to cycle 60 miles (100km) from Manchester to Blackpool to raise money for the very wonderful Christies cancer treatment hospital.
Christies is special to us because ten years ago they saved my Dads life when he very nearly died from bowel cancer, and now they are in the process of doing the same again as he fights with a brain tumour.
Chrsities also treated Jez's Aunty, Joy Nicholson, who sadly passed away in 2000. Joy founded the dance school, Joy Nicholson Studios, at only 16 years old and this year the school celebrates it's 50th anniversary. In memory of Joy and as a contribution to my Dad's treatment we hope to raise as much money as we can!
Please help us reach our target by giving as little or as much as you can afford.
If you live in Blackpool (i.e. Selina and Steve) come and cheers us on at the end!
Thank-you loads and loads!
Debs
