Michael, Laura and Jade will be running the Bupa Great South Run 2011 on Sunday 30th October 2011.

We are running for The Royal British Legion, a charity which Michael's grandad, Terry helped enormously throughout his lifetime, particularly helping with the Poppy Appeal.

Who They Help: The Royal British Legion help serving and ex-Service personnel and their families. Not just those who fought in the two World Wars, but also those involved in the many conflicts since 1945 and those still fighting today.

What They Do: They provide welfare services, campaign on a range of issues affecting Service people, are custodians of Remembrance, raise funds through the annual Poppy Appeal and we are a membership organisation.
