I am participating in the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge with a group of friends.  This is our second challenge for this charity. In September 2008 we climbed Ben Nevis and raised over £6,000 for an extremely good cause.

Marie Curie Cancer Care provides free high quality nursing to terminally ill cancer patients in their own homes and every £20 we raise will help provide one hour of nursing in a patient's home. 

I know it is a very difficult time to be asking people to make a donation under the current economic climate, but every contribution, however small, really will make a difference.
