A new year 2017!

Mr RgR is now about to start dialysis and has been on the transplant waiting list for 6 months already.  The journey continues and there is still so much more research needing to be done to fine a cure!

Yes - there is no cure!  This is a killer.  Kidney disease kills more people than breast and prostrate cancer combined.  Reduced kidney function is also a factor in kidney cancer!  

So this years plans so far.....

Yet more stupidity to stay fit in preparation for donating a kidney, and at the same time raise awareness and funds!

Mar 2017 Rockingham Pain and Suffering 10M obstacles - Booked

Apr 2017 (also supporting the East Anglia Air Ambulance) 10M obstacle mud race - booked

May 2017 - The BIG ONE! 20 miles of obstacles, water and mud at the Rat Race at Burghley. (Oh My GOD!) - BOOKED
