David was an inspiration and blessing to all who knew him. He radiated warmth and positivity through good and bad times alike and was always putting others first. It's fitting that the people looking after him at the end, the palliative care team from Meadow House, also exemplify all these best qualities of what it means to be human. 

The hospice is underfunded so let's do our bit to support the people who support our nearest and dearest when they need it most.
