Shelly has encouraged me to start running although at times this has been difficult. After numerous falls at the start of the year due to lack of feeling in my feet and legs, I am now in a position where I feel I can challenge myself to complete a half marathon.

Shelly is also running the Beachy Head Trail Marathon in Eastbourne at the end of October, following the Cardiff Half warm up with Dave, and would also be grateful for any support to also be given to The MS Society at this time.

I am grateful to my wife for supporting me in achieving this goal and we hope to raise as much money as possible for this wonderful charity who are involved in making the lives of people with MS easier and more manageable.
