As part of The Masons Legs team, I will be taking part in the 28 mile bike ride down the Taff Trail from Merthyr Tydfil to Cardiff Bay, in support of Tŷ Hafan.

Tŷ Hafan, the family hospice for young lives, provides comfort, care and support for children and young people in Wales who are not expected to live beyond the age of 19. They also help their families deal with these unimaginable situations. From diagnosis to bereavement and beyond, they take our support right into the heart of the family home.
