Hi all, as most you know as our friends we are riding from London to Paris for GOSH to raise money for specialist equipment......please continue to read this story.

Mark who is a husband, father and a passionate cyclist has taken it upon himself to organise this cycling trip for the great need to raise money for GOSH. A few weeks ago Mark was training with the cycling group and came off his bike. The result is devastating as he is paralysed and still remains in a coma. Marks brother, John, has stepped in as the lead organiser and changed our team name to 'Marks riders'. It is now even more important to us that this mission to raise money and complete the cycling challenge in three days - not only for GOSH but Mark and his family. Please help both of us and give what you can. Xx
