Story

Thank you
Thank you so much to everyone who has donated. I got round in a little over 2 hours. Satisfying, a little hillier than expected!
Photos to follow.
Great Dixter is a meadow garden, an exotic garden, a horse pond, a walled garden, a sunken garden, a long border, and a medieval great hall with solar and hop kilns.
Spectacular and unique. The garden surrounds the great hall, with views of the great hall from all areas of the garden. Each garden has enticing glimpses and frames the next piece. Of course Christopher infamously dug up the rose garden to replace it with the exotic garden - dahlias and cannas, a joy in the Autumn months. The link: http://www.greatdixter.co.uk/
I am running a half marathon in the Alps to raise money for the gardens.
