MND is a progressive life-limiting and life-taking condition. The MNDA helps people living with MND through research, care and campaigning. There are 3,000 volunteers and 130 paid staff who give generously of their time and expertise. My wife is one of 6 volunteers who, through an innovative project in East Anglia, help individual people living with MND and their families to navigate the complexities of relationships, health, social services, housing, transport, benefits, etc, from diagnosis to death and beyond.

Please help this project to be rolled out to other parts of the country and other innovative initiatives be continued or started.
