Myself, Carol & Dawn are taking part in the Mull of Kintyre 10KM on Sunday 29th May to help raise money for Crohn's and Colitis  UK.

Sadly, after suffering from Crohn's for over 40 years, our mum Moira, lost her life at the end of November and we would like to help raise awareness of this awful disease.
