Story
After watching the last two marathons in london it has given me the motivation to want to run. To have thousands of people cheering you on does sound good.
I have recently lost over 8 kilos with diet and training and lots of hard work. Weekends are full of running and cutting back on the alcohol is definitely the hardest part of training. If I do drink I make sure I dance to keep the cardio going.
In December 2015 I ran my first marathon and it was long, now time to achieve the goal of running the London Marathon.
Look forward to seeing you all cheering me on from the sideline !!
