I'm taking part in the ABP Southampton Half Marathon for the second year in a row. This time I'm raising money for the University of Southampton's Centre for Cancer Immunology. 

The University is leading the world in the relatively new research around cancer immunology, which uses our bodies natural immune system to fight cancer.

I ran my first half marathon this time last year in Southampton and I really enjoyed the great community buzz on the day. This year, I'm stepping up my training and am aiming to complete the race sub two hours.
