I am running with my brother Steve Gifford  and Nephew Mathew Gifford who also have a team just giving page and my Uncle Roger Gifford.

 Lorna Gifford (nee Dann) was a mother, a grandmother and a sister-in-law to our team members, mum was diagnosed with Inclusion Body Myositis (IBM) some 10 years ago.

Mum's health slowly deteriorated over the years until she passed away peacefully in her sleep at the Wisdom Hospice, Rochester, Kent on Friday 22nd August 2014 after a brief spell in the Medway Maritime Hospital.
