Over the weekend of 7th and 8th June, I undertook the 52 mile Trekfest challenge over the Brecon Beacons to raise money for this fantastic cause. Much to my disappointment, my reserves of mental and physical strength ran out at 1am on the Sunday morning, 14 miles short. However, it was a wonderful, if extremely challenging experience. 

Prostate cancer kills 10,000 men each year and more research in to the disease and more support for sufferers is urgently needed. I would be so grateful if you feel able to make a contribution.
