HERE'S TO 2012 AND MY OLYMPIC (YEAR)LONDON MARATHON

 After 5 years of watching the race past me by on The Highway in Stepney, I've decided to take on my 11th London Marathon in 2011.

I'm now running up to 18.5 miles (20 March  2011) on Sunday mornings !

I'm now running again as Superman, so you will be able to spot me more easily during the great race !!

This year I'll be raising funds for the Disability Law Service (DLS), a registered charity established in 1975.The DLS provide free, confidential legal advice and casework service for disabled people throughout England. Often disabled people have so many calls on their resources they cannot afford to instruct a solicitor. Sometimes, due to limited funding, even those on benefits are unable to obtain free legal advice. Most of DLS' work, conducted by fully qualified legal staff, is over the telephone. This means that elderly and sometimes very confused people can be advised in the reassuring surroundings of their home. A sizeable proportion of their work involves parents who are having problems over the education of their disabled children.
