In 2012 our friend and colleague Adrian O'Shea was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease. To help acknowledge the great support and assistance that the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) have given to Adrian and his family, myself and other friends and colleagues from Dimension Data will be abseiling from the 170 meter high Spinnaker Tower which overlooks the Gunwharf Quay in Portsmouth on the 22nd June  2015.

All support and pledges, however small (or large) will be very much appreciated!
